Monroe Insitute

Today I am going to start a month long period of listening to The Gateway Experience www.monroeinstitute.org. It is a serie of audio lessons that supposedly can help people to have out-of-body experiences. I have had them for many years but haven't really had the stamina to listen to them on a daily basis. So we shall see if they will make i difference.

I was in my old school when I suddenly becamed lucid. I went up the stairs and walked in to a classrom. I sat me down beside a teacher who handed me the results of a test. I looked at it and said something funny.

I was suddenly inside a building, kind of like a sports hall. There was a climbing wall on one side. I started to climb up to the top. I then stuck my finger through the window and felt the coold breeze outside. I then pulled back my hand and then again stucking my finger through the window and felt the same breeze again.

I am running and looking down on my feet. I am now semi-lucid and for every step I get more and more lucid. I hear people who is shouting something I don't understand. It is summernight in my hometown. I get the feeling it is a saturdaynight and people are heading towards nightclubs and restuarants. I say hello to a man I see. I walk into two shops. I notice that the police is present and that it has something to do with criminal bodybuilding guys. My memory starts to fade but I think one of the guys starts to harass me and that I then use some sort of superpowers on him.

LD nr 3

I got out of my bed and opened the bedroom window. I jumped out and it's summer and the sun was shining. I went around the corner to the front of the house. I remember my task to ask myself "Who is dreaming" but nothing happens. I continue to walk out in the street and I decide to fly. I hoover about 3 meters off the ground. I then remember task nr 2 that I have. I ask myself "Who is God" and start to shoot right up in the sky through the clouds. Then I lost my lucidity and starting to dream something else.

Another Lucid dream

I had this night another lucid dream. It was quite short but nevertheless. I was standing in an airport when I suddenly just new it was a dream. I walked down a staircase. At the end of the stairs I saw my portable phone. I picked it up and walked out through a door. I remembered my task to ask myself "Who is dreaming this". When I did this the dream cracked and I don't remembered what happened until I woke up.

My first lucid dream for the year!

I was outside our city's university and looked upon a billboard when one of my friends got really angry. Somehow I thought that was peculiar and realised that it must be a dream. I did a backvolt in the air. Than I started having sex in the dream which is something that try to avoid because that is not my objective. Well, well, sometimes it's hard not to indulge.
